VACANCIES AND POSTS
A total of 17,727 vacancies are available for various Group B and Group C posts across different ministries and departments of the Indian government.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree from a recognized university. Specific posts, like the Junior Statistical Officer, have additional requirements, such as a degree with at least 60% marks in Mathematics at the 12th-grade level or a degree with Statistics as one of the subjects at graduation.

Age Limit: The age limits vary by post, generally ranging from 18 to 32 years. Age relaxations are applicable as per government norms.

EXAM PATTERN

Tier I: Computer-based exam with multiple-choice questions covering General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Comprehension. Each section has 25 questions for 25 marks, with a total duration of 1 hour.

Tier II: This consists of Paper I (compulsory for all posts) and Paper II (for Junior Statistical Officer posts). Both papers are computer-based.
SELECTION PROCESS
The selection process involves qualifying in Tier-I and performing well in Tier-II exams. The final merit list is based on the marks obtained in Tier-II.
